Tier 1 NOC Technician APPLY HERE

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Tier 1 NOC Technician who’s passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer support. In this role, you’ll be the first line of contact for client support requests—helping resolve issues with user accounts, hardware, applications, and more. You’ll work closely with our Tier 2 engineers and be part of a collaborative, remote team that truly cares about our clients.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for client technical issues via phone, chat, email, or SMS
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Escalate more complex issues to Tier 2 when needed
  • Accurately document issues in help desk tickets
  • Deliver high-quality support with patience and professionalism
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
  • Stay up to date with tools, systems, and processes (we support your learning!)
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements
  • Travel to client sites occasionally for project or support needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A problem-solver who enjoys helping people
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with MSPs is a big plus!
Required Certifications:
  • CompTIA A+
  • (Bonus if you have Server+ or Network+!)
