Now Hiring: Senior Network Engineer
We are seeking a talented Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in Fortinet, Meraki, Azure, and Cisco networking technologies to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our network.
This is a remote position based from your home office, where you’ll handle most tasks virtually. However, from time to time, you’ll be on-site for installations, network upgrades, and project work to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain customer network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, HPE, Ubiquiti, switches and routers
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability
- Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures, including firewall configurations, VPNs, and access control lists
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to design and implement network infrastructure for new applications and services
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve network-related issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams as an escalation point
- Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends and make recommendations for network improvements and upgrades.
- Enter Time accurately and track work via tickets and projects reliably
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, and Azure technologies
- FCP/NSE 4-5 or Cisco CCNP or equivalent required, FCX/NSE8 or CCIE certification preferred
- Experience with Fortinet and Meraki cloud-managed networking technologies
- Experience with HPE, Watchguard, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti.
- Hands-on experience with Azure networking technologies, including Virtual Networks, VPNs, and ExpressRoute
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS), and network security concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create Documentation and create processes and Knowledge Base
- Strong client-centric mindset with a focus on deliver exceptional MSP support and solutions
