Tier 1 NOC Technician APPLY HERE

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Tier 1 NOC Technician who’s passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer support. In this role, you’ll be the first line of contact for client support requests—helping resolve issues with user accounts, hardware, applications, and more. You’ll work closely with our Tier 2 NOC Technicians and be part of a collaborative, remote team that truly cares about our clients.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for client technical issues via phone, chat, email, or SMS

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues

  • Escalate more complex issues to Tier 2 when needed

  • Accurately document issues in help desk tickets

  • Deliver high-quality support with patience and professionalism

  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

  • Stay up to date with tools, systems, and processes (we support your learning!)

  • Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements

  • Travel to client sites occasionally for project or support needs

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • A problem-solver who enjoys helping people

  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the automotive industry or with MSPs is a big plus!

Information Technology Project Manager APPLY HERE

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead and oversee complex IT initiatives that align with client goals and drive successful outcomes in both automotive and MSP environments. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of automotive systems, dealership technologies, and IT service management, with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and deliver results on time and within budget. IT Project manager will be expected to travel for onsite deployments. 

What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in the automotive and MSP domains

  • Collaborate with automotive clients, dealership stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics

  • Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, and risks using industry-standard project management methodologies (Autotask, Monday.com)

  • Coordinate with IT vendors, third-party providers, and MSP teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain strong documentation practices and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

  • Implement and monitor ITIL-based service delivery standards and KPIs

  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks while maintaining focus on project goals and client satisfaction

  • Lead and manage onsite deployments - occasional travel to client sites is required

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred)

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry and/or working with MSPs

  • Deep understanding of dealership management systems (DMS), vehicle diagnostics platforms, or automotive ERP systems

  • Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMM, PSA, ticketing systems, and service SLAs (Kaseya)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in project management tools (Monday.com, Autotask, etc.)

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
